Log in to your account, go to Device Management, and select Add Device. Enter the device IMEI and assign it to your account.

2. Can I track multiple vehicles?
Yes. You can add multiple trackers under one account and monitor them all in real time.

3. How do I set up alerts?
Go to Settings → Alerts in the app. You can configure Geofences, Movement Alerts, Overspeed, and more.

4. What if my device shows offline?

  • Make sure the SIM card has data and is inserted correctly.

  • Check the tracker wiring/power.

  • Contact support if the issue continues.
